54967 Millucci (provisional designation: 2001 PF29) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Andrea Boattini and Luciano Tesi at the Pistoia Mountains Astronomical Observatory in San Marcello Pistoiese, Italy, on August 15, 2001. It is named after Vincenzo Millucci, an Italian professor of mathematical physics at the University of Siena.
